Upgraded to 200 mb, but speed is not changed

@benaj1984 . Windows laptop has an icon in system tray showing wifi properties. On Android device, in Settings, Wifi, tap the connection name to see speed. Apple devices probably similar.

@benaj1984 . That seems plenty fast enough. That was my only thought.

With speed problems, you'd use ping and tracert commands to see where delays are occurring.

Ping router's lan ip address     ping -n 20 192.168.1.1

Ping router's default gateway shown in router status page.

Ping TPG site or the speedtest web site.

Tracert to TPG or speedtest site to check on network delays between hops.

You might do this on your 50 plan and keep for future reference.
