Upgraded to NBN 25 but speed still 12

Hi, i upgraded to NBN 25 from NBN 12 and my download speed is not higher than 12mbps which i was receiving before the upgrade too but my upload speed has increased to around 4mbps. Can anybody help me out please. Thank you

Hi @RMM, have you received an email confirmation that the upgrade is complete? Was the test done via ethernet?

I had this experience when I upgraded to NBN100 (FTTP). Upload increased but not dowload. Long story short, a call to tech support fixed it
