Get online support

Upgraded to business plan and now have no connection

Hi, I need help!!! I upgraded from nbn100 to a business super fast plan and now we have no connection. Even better is that there’s no support on weekends. Can someone put in TPG help me? My modem tells me that I’m syncing at 76mbits/s but no ppp connection. Got to do work this weekend and I was expecting a higher quality service, not no service.
