Upgrading Plan, speed remains the same?

Hi guys

I have upgraded from NBN50 to the SuperFast plan. I received the confirmation email, reset my internet, ran a speed test and still running at 50mbps?

Speed upgrade or change of speed plan is normally completed within 24-48hrs. 

We'll check this with our Provisioning team as to what's the status. Send me a private message along with your TPG Customer ID or username so I can search for your account.
