Hi @jeffreyyoung . Are you seeing slowdowns on wifi devices or is the internet slow generally?
Run the TPG speed test on an ethernet computer for best indication.
Then, login to router and look at the DSL info. It shows line speeds and line characteristics.
How do the speed test results compare to the current rate figures?
Compare current rate speeds to the max rate speeds. Is there any headroom over your current speed?
While there might be some, going up a plan, you will pay more but not get full benefit.
