After waiting 3 hours to chat to someone, I've given up and have come here.
I am often downloading and uploading large video and audio files, but over the last two days these file downloads now randomly drop out.
Can someone please explain how I can get file uploads and downloads working properly again?
I was a tpg customer six years ago and downloaded similarly large files and uploaded them too and never went through these issues.
My speed test came in at 7.8mbps download and 0.3mbps upload
