Upload is very slow

Our NBN100 download speed is good but upload is very slow (0.5Mbps).

All the line tests are passing for your service.

I have reset your port can you please retest your service?

-Are you connecting via Ethernet or Wi-Fi

-Have you tried more than 1 device?
