I have been experiencing the same issue for a quite while now.

I also contacted TPG through the phone for quite a few times. My issue is still unresolved.

Yes, still an issue.

Believe me, getting to the office every day and not having the flexibility to work from home is very frustrating! 

It should really be something so simple.
