VX420-G2h - Bandwidth limit

I am trying to access bandwidth control but can't find it anywhere. 
There is option to limit session but that's for all the users that is connected to my router not specific. Where do I access bandwidth control and limit some clients and not all?

The bandwidth control or QoS is not a available in the modem/router interface as it is not supported using the especial TPG firmware.

You have the option to use a third party modem/router that will support the feature, but the VoIP will not work.

Using an access point or extender is one the option as well. With this, you can disable the WiFi network of the main modem/router and use the WiFi of the third party device. Then, you can set the bandwidth control on the access point or extender interface given that it is supported.
