Hi, we've recently upgraded to the NBN Cable 50 plan. However, in the 3-4 days since, the download speed is at10mbps maximum as opposed to the promised ~45mbps download. The upload speed, though, is much higher at 18mbps maximum speed. The internet speed has been tested over both wifi and ethernet.
There is no current internet maintainence in our area, either. Please advise on how to fix this issue, as the current upgrade is making absolutely no difference. Thank you in advance.
