Very slow NBN50 upload

I am paying for NBN50 but my upload speed is at 0.64mps when I am supposed to get atleast 20mps. I have already tried turning it off and on but it doesnt fix the upload speed issue. I have also called tpg support, i was told there was a 60minute wait time which i waited for but it ended up being 2 hrs with noone picking up. If anyone could please help me, that would be amazing!
