Very slow download speed

We recently became customers of TPG and things were OK initially but the last few days have been quite bad. Sometimes we've been completely disconnected and today we have service but our download speed is 1mbps. I'm working from home some days and so this has become a significant problem.

Should we change providers? Does anyone know if other providers are more reliable?
