Very slow internet

I've been with tpg since I've moved into my house and I've had nothing but problems and no solutions.
I've had very slow internet speeds, not having internet at all for days/weeks, broken nbn boxes and modems.
I'm literally paying for terrible internet nbn, it needs to be fixed asap because at the moment it's not worth the money I am paying for it
