Very slow upload speed - NBN FTTB 100

Hi

we're on the NBN FTTB Broadband SL Bundle 100 plan in Albion 4010. 

Our upload speed has always been an issue, it just seems very slow, always. 

Can you please advise how to fix this?

Are you able to test the speed via Wired as well for comparison?

Also, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
