Very unhappy

I called yesterday, no answer.
I emailed yesterday still no reply.
I’ve been without internet since Sunday.
I’ve been a very loyal customer for at least 10 + years and I cannot get to speak to any of your technical support staff.
If no one gets in contact with me today Wednesday 12 th February I will be cancelling my supply with tpg

Our Contact Centre is currently receiving a high volume of calls, we apologise for any inconvenience. We're able to locate an account using your community details. We've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians and reported no connection.

 

We ran an initial test to the service it shows a possible line fault causing service not to work, for us to identify what the cause of this. Please reset the NBN Box / NCD, take a picture of the NCD lights after the reset and post it on this thread.
