Get online support
When I access the Internet my computer "thinks" that it is in the United Kingdom or Europe. As a consequence I am blocked from accessing sites and my Visa card is rejected when I attempt to make a purchase. Other computer linked to the same internet account / server do not have this issue.
Hi @kbh . All devices on your home network appear as the same ip address on the internet, unless your computer is using VPN software which connects it to a server in UK or Europe.
Do the following on both of your computers:
ping www.tpg.com.au
tracert www.tpg.com.au
Is the response time on both about the same?
Is the network path to TPG the same?
