Wan light not on

Hi TPG,

I had my modem installed today and had a family member at my house while I was at work.
The WAN LIGHT is not lighting up and the modem has been installed correctly
Can someone help please?

The DSL light is on so are you FTTB/FTTN connection? Wifi router connects directly to telephone socket?

Internet light is on. Have you tried to use internet?

The Phone1 port is active. Can you call your home phone?
