TPG do not offer a service that comes with 4G broadband back up. Let us help check what causing issues with the service and get to the bottom of this. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation.

I am new here and I just feel that the Power went out, wifi connected back to modem yet have no internet, have already reset the modem through outlets and pressing reset with a pin so am confused why not working, no outages in area also
