Good evening,
Recently two or three days ago I switched from NBN50 to NBN100 however I have yet to receive an email confirming of said changes eventhough I have been charged, I have not noticed and increase in speed in my internet.
I will appreciate some extra info on this since it is my first time changing NBN plans!

We were able to locate your account using your community details and shows that the change of plan has been applied.
The Email notification was sent last 26 September 2020.
