When will TPG could response our NBN problem?

We have posted our NBN problem yesterday. There is no any response from TPG until now! TPG online technical support service is not reliable. Why we could not telephone service ?

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.
