Why am i getting text messages about topping up prepaid

Why am I getting text messages about having $0 ballance on a Prepaid Plan.

I have 7.7gb of my 8gb left, I have $545 of my $550 calls (what a nice scam these value ratings are for mobile calls rates). As for money ballance there is $17 there and has been at that level since the transfer to this current plan.
