We'd love to help understand what caused this, please shoot me a private message with your TPG e-mail address together with the account details (Username/Customer ID and the address on file). We will raise this to our Postmaster for investigation.

Need to know why my email was sent 25 times, one every 5 minutes from 8.43. It has happened before but not 25 times.
