Why do TPG un-ASSistance phonecalls go to an obsolete phone number instead of the updated number?
I have updated my account details, and I have had a pathetically long phone conversation with the unhelpful INDIAN tech-NON-assistant (on a g@rbl3d line from the other side of the world, so it was absolutely f'n USELESS). Strangely, though, the follow-up phone call went to my WIFE who lives 1000km away, and who no longer has anything to do with this account.
Problem solved through frustrating series of phonecalls to TPG "support".
