Get online support
I transitioned to Superfast NBN around March last year and have had consistently good service, but the last few days have been woeful.
I just checked on Speedtest.net and my concerns were confirmed:
Compare that to my previous test on 27th May:
What is going on? I'm getting consistently bad results. Yes, my connection has been restarted (a few times).
The speed I am seeing should be fine for browsing, but even something as simple as posting message to Slack are having issues, and loading the TPG support pages reset several times before it finally loaded so the issues are more than just speed.
Please investigate!

Thanks @johnp for contacting me about this and apologies for wasting your time.
After running some more tests with different devices and wired vs wireless etc, I suspect that the problem is just with my laptop as other devices don't experience the same woeful performance.
More investigation required on my part.
