Why is my NBN so slow!?

I am really regretting signing up for TPG internet at this point. Two weeks after TPG took my money I finally have internet.

We paid for the 100MBPS plan and we currently getting slower NBN than the 50mbps plan we had with iinet!

What is going on? Should I find another provider? I’m seriously close to changing to something else within 12hrs of this service actually starting! 😡
