I am using 5G home broadband. The network has been unstable since two weeks ago, and there was no network at all until a week ago. After I asked the customer service online, I learned that my area is from 10.11.2022 to 21.11.2022 There was a power outage for a while and I never got any notification before that. And it’s still such a long time of disconnection! Occupies a third of the whole month! So can I only pay two-thirds of my Internet fee? I have never experienced such a long disconnection! TPG gave me a first experience of "tens of thousands of unhappy"!
