Why my NBN starts to go on and off very frequently at 10pm every day? HFC

I have NBN HFC which always dies at 10pm.

Goes in to continuous drop outs everyday same time at night.

I wish I could pay the same way to TPG but then they would put you as someone who is not paying bill!!

But what about the connectivity?
