Why the Lies & Absence of accountability?

Why has the email service status never indicated the true extent of the issue even as I type? All my email is missing still and no estimate provided so far by TPG has been complete & truthful? This lack of honesty & transparency is sufficient for discrediting TPG as a viable supplier of IT services.

The customers who use the TPG email system were affected.

 

No e-mails will be lost.

 

If the e-mail cannot be delivered then the sender will receive a notification that the message was not received by the intended recipient, otherwise the e-mail will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

If you are still experiencing issues with your TPG email, please let us know.
