Hi, I need help asap with fixing my internet.
Modem and wifi works but no internet connection available.
I Have tried all troubleshooting methods on the tpg help page and other methods like trying the home gateway to connect.
I have a Huawei modem.
No planned works in my area or outages notified on the website.
