My recent Wi-Fi connection seems slower compared to my previous one, which boasted a speed of 87.1 Mbps. The current speed is clocking in at 68.1 Mbps. Could you guide me on optimal settings and channel recommendations for both 5GHz and 2.4GHz? Additionally, I'm encountering issues accessing 5GHz on the multi-SSID (guest) network. What could be causing this limitation?

Hi @Youi . Are the 2 numbers the download speed got from a speedtest?

Or, are they the wifi connection speed between wifi device and the router?

If you move the wifi device closer to the router, does the speed improve?

The vx220 wifi might be weaker than your previous router. Do you still have it?

Did you test the speed on the 2.4GHz band or the 5GHz band?

How about the speed test via Wired for comparison?

What NBN technology you have? Is it FTTN/B, HFC or FTTP?
