Wifi consistently dropping out

5g modem having consistent problems with wifi dropping out. Buffering shows and movies all the time, even with the ethernet connected from modem to tv is also having issues with consistently dropping out and buffering or not loading anything. Has been happening for nearly two weeks

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

What's the light status of the modem/router?

Can you run a speed test and share a photo of the result?

Have you tried relocating the modem/router near a window, but not directly at a sunlight?
