Wifi drop out

My wifi keeps dropping out when using using the Net and also when on a mobile phone call at home , it regularly cuts the call off..Gets very frustrating and wld like a solution please..Turning the modem on and off doesnt seem to help much.

Hi @marrol . Just to clarify, does your wifi device lose connection to the router, or does the internet connection drop out?

Regarding the mobile phone, it uses 3G or 4G and isn't affected by the home wifi. Unless you are using an app like Skype, Zoom or Whatsapp via the home wifi.
