Wifi dropouts & degraded internet speed over wifi

I have been on NBN plan for a few years with very little issues. However, since this week, I have the following issues:


  1. none of my mobile devices can connect to the wifi. One says authentication error, another says incorrect password. I have confirmed the password is correct, even tried to change to password. 
  2. My laptops can connect via wifi but with a very degraded internet speed. A PC connected via cable registers 12 Mbps download while the laptops via wifi only register 1-2 Mbps. There is not bandwidth control rules enabled.

All devices have a permanent reservation on the DHCP list.
