We have tested the service and the NBN FTTN service is connected to your  modem presently.

Please can you check the WiFi LEDS are green/flashing green on the modem, if not on the top of the modem is a WiFi button (turns off & on the WiFi) press down for 2 secs then see if the WiFi LEDS turn green.
