Hi, our internet hasn't been working or connected since 10 am, today. We have tried everything we can. We have tried turning the device off for a few minutes and back on and tried calling TPG but the internet still doesn't work and we haven't been answered. Can you please answer as soon as possible? Our family is struggling and stressed.
