Get online support
Hi,
I have NBN FTTC SL Bundle Fast.
My Wifi works fine but my computer on a cat 5 connection does not always get internet connection or email.
my computer says it is connected to the internet but email send & recieve does not work and internet searches etc do not work.
It takes several reboots of the computer and modem to get a connection- very time consuming and frustrating.
Can you help with a solution

Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you.
Based on the remote test results, there are some drops on the connection however we are yet to determine the cause.
