Without internet for 3 days!!!

I'm in Naremburn and have had no internet since Friday morning . WTF!! has anyone else had this issue. TPG website said there was some unscheduled works Friday and it's complete but my internet is still down. Tried calling .. gave up after a 35 min wait .. no answers via social
