Can someone assist with my internet connection - lodged incident on 16 December after my internet was out for a few days. Have tried calling (no answer after 1 hour of waiting) and emailing tech support but email bounced back. Thinking of leaving TPG because of this service if I don’t receive a response in the coming day.
