Wrong modem sent

I was sent an adsl2 modem, I got a cable hcf that's meant to be connected this Wednesday.. Please send new cable modem otherwise tech won't be able to do anything.

The modem/router that you received is the correct one.

It is a VDSL/ADSL modem which is compatible with the NBN FTTP/FTTB/FTTC/HFC service.
