Hi I know this has been asked many many times but I've seen that you can track the progress of the above message.

I got a replacement router delivered this morning and trying to get it to connect to WiFi.
Could someone help me out on your end and track how it's going please?

Never mind I got through to a tech person. Problem solved.

The page will not load when I try go to http://192.168.1.1/ to try do it manually either.
