adsl2+ drop out every day same time

Hi

recently i had my internet drop out every day at around 1:30 pm. i did the ioslation test.(disconnect everything,no device hook up with wifi).no chance.try to change the filter and use another modem,still not working. even i reset or reboot the modem still not working.it might back on after 30 min by itself,however the speed will drop to 2mbps(usually i have 8mbps).please check the line for faulty.

Sorry for delayed response. Thanks for sending me your details. I can see that this has been raised to our Engineering TEam and escalated to Telstra. Telstra have told us they have booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 11/Jan/2019. Your attendance is NOT required.
