Based on the ticket that was handled by our Engineering Team, we had detected that some of the dropouts were coming from your modem previously. As I mentioned the last time, the adjustment that was made on our end seems to counteract the errors from your modem and seems to have addressed the dropouts you're experiencing but lowered down the sync rate you were previously getting.
I have made another adjustment that will improve your speed, but still provide a buffer for the errors. We'll see how it affects the stability of your connection. However, if the dropout reoccurs, you may need to test your connection with another ADSL modem since we're not detecting any line fault.
The NBN service that will be installed at your premises will be NBN HFC. It will no longer use your copper line.

now it's back to normal again, thanks a lot!
We had it at the beginning, that we got the drop-out's when it's was raining, but that changed then over time to just randomly accuring drop-out's.
When the connection is good, then it works for a few month without any issues at all, which is great.
As it's the last month where we will use ADSL2+, I just cross my Finger's, that it will work so long and that the switch-over will be without any issues.

Hi,
we got heavy rain again and with the rain came hundreds of drop-out's.
The drop-out's came so fast, that I had troubles to even look-up the speeds in the router.
It was so bad, that I had massive issues just to write this message.

There are fluctuations and lost packages as well, when the connection is back on.
The gaps between drop-out's is getting slightly longer, but not by much.
The spot where your cable is joint to our wires, is underneath our house, where it's far away from the rain, but it's only joint with the round clips and not covered / wrapped by anything.
There is a pit in front of our house.
The rain stopped, at least in the area where we live and things seem to start to improve.
The NBN is still 2 weeks away.
For the moment, I only want to update you, that you can see, that it seems not connected to our router, because our router doesn't get wet when it rains, but we have no second one to swap routers.
The speeds have not fully recovered yet.
We will have a look, how we go for the next few hours and will come back to report, if things go very bad again.
Edit / Update-1:
Still plenty disconnects ^^^ . That's in less than an hour (!).
Edit / Update-2:
Roughly a five hour period ^^^. I will restart the router manually, to see if I can get better speeds.
Edit / Update-3:
The speeds are better after a manual router restart ^^^ . Will wait and see, if it still keeps dropping-out.
Edit / Update-4:
I had 3x drop-out's since my last update and re-started the router again.
It got slowly a bit better, but the rain just started again and now the speed is straight crap again and the frequency of the drop-out's will most likely increase again ^^^ .
Edit / Update-5:
Rain stopped again, speed went up too and the connection is now stable since almost 3 hours.
Edit / Update-6:
It's bad again, since at least 7am. Speeds are crap and it keeps dropping-out again.
Edit / Update-7:
It was over 4 hours stable again ^^^ .
... and after a manual router restart, it's good again ^^^ .
Edit / Update-8:
It was then bad again up to ~02:30am and then bad again from ~10:00am up to ~01:00pm and then bad again from ~02:00pm and that was most of the time occuring when it was raining as well.
You work all week and then when you have time to play online or study or do whatever online, then the internet is playing-up, which is just great.
Edit / Update-9:
The rain stopped and now our connection is finally stable again for already over 9 hours (!) ^^^ .
Thank god and all the helpers in the background for it ! We really appreciate it !!!
