Hi moderators,
Can you get the email server persons to check if blocking of noreply@qld.gov.au has been happening?
I have been attempting and largely failing to get Qld border passes as most emails from them have not come through. Other email accounts are OK but TPG ones have been missing about 2/3rds of the time. They are not in junk folders so maybe blocked at mail server level as phishing perhaps. Very frustrating!

Thanks for raising this to us, we'd like to confirm if you're using an Email Client and if you have checked it on our Post Offce( https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice ).
You may raise it directly to our postmaster by sending email to posmaster@tpg.com.au.
