Get online support
can no longer access my tpg website, the users.tpg.com.ua/username one, via control panel it times out, and trying to load the url on a web browser also times out. On the status page there is nothing showing to say it is down or whatever.

Oh, come on @Aubrey . TPG notified users in May that the webspace facility would be closed in July and be inaccessible. Not being a user of it, I'm not sure if I bothered checking that it did close.
@david64 Yes, the Webspace service has reached has been discontinued and we no longer support it.
@stevemoon apologies as I missed that you were actually referring to your own website. We have started contacting Webspace members on April 2023 about the discontinuation and provided at least 60 days notice to download their contents. Honestly with no web space allocation, and no email service, what possible reasons have we to stay with tpg... given that we are still being charged the same for a huge reduction in services provided that we contracted you to provide ??? Are our fees being reduced too?
Loyal, but disappointed and wondering why I would stay...
