can't access some sites even when using 8.8.8.8 as the DNS server

When I connect to TPG's ADSL network I can no longer access my businesses website 'myayce.com', but last week I could access it (the site has been around for 7 years).

If I change the DNS server from 203.12.160.36 to 8.8.8.8 - I get the same problem.  However, if I tether to my iPhone which uses Vodafone's network (DNS 172.20.10.1) I can access the server just fine.  Sadly, when tethering I get a Vodafone DNS server that's not accessible via the TPG network.

If I do an nslookup of myayce.com I get the IP address 120.150.76.112, but a traceroute of the IP address gives up after 30 odd hops.

Any ideas what is wrong?

Hi sdthomas,

Can you attached screenshots of traceroute of your website and tpg.com.au so i can investigate with Engineer.

Have you reconfigured your modem after reset?  if you need help for reconfiguration then  let me know your modem model and brand name as well.
