can't log in my TPG online account

Hey all, 

I need your kind advice. 

Ordered home wilress service and installed it yesterday. All is working well however I can't log into my TPG online account no matter I used different networking, browsers and devices. even after reset my password. the error message shows "

Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. Please try again later"

Thanks for raising this matter to us. Kindly PM us with your TPG customer ID along with your full name and date of birth for verification. We'll have this coordinated with our accounts team.
