cancellation!!!

I've tried to call TPG and wating online more than 2 hours many times, and i have been waiting for online service many times, sometimes more that 3 hours, but also been shifted by TPG to another division without sovling a simple problem, the expereince over past 2 weeks was very frustrating, and it's just a simple request, just cancel my account as i'm moving out!
