cannot connect to internet

suddenly couldn't connect to internet, nbn gateway lights: power light keep on, then lights for downstream /upstream /online flashing, then only downstream light flasing, other two lights off, then all lights off, and again power light on......

We've checked your account and learned that your service was affected by an unplanned NBN network outage. This was tagged as resolved today and the NBN NTD box shows that it is online.

 

Please check the configuration of your NBN router in order to get the connection or reset the router to start fresh.
