I have selected to set up the mail in office 365 manually (the auto setup is not working - keep prompting me to enter my username and password). I have selected to POP account setting but still failed. I have enclosed the POP setting I have configured and also the error message that I got. Please help. Thanks

Thank you for the link. I have followed the steps in your first link but still not working. This time the error message is cannot connect to the outcoming (SMTP) server using the specified encryption method (enclosed).
