Hi there,

I recently purchased a tplink archer ax50 router as i wanted to upgrade my netcomm nx12 that came with my inital tpg nbn setup as i wanted more range and now have more devices connected to it. When i access the tplinkwifi.net to set up the router ive used the quick setup tool and put my tpg login details into the  PPPoE section. The router unfortunatly cant connect to the internet but the wifi is working fine. When i plug the ethernet cable back into my netcomm router the internet works fine. I have nbn FTTP.

Any help would be appreciated

cheers

josh

Hi @joshman42 ,

Welcome to the community!

If the quick setup works using the 3rd party equipment, we recommend to do manual setup on modem/router configuration page.

You may check the NBN-FTTP General's settings available here

Note: In the event that the service is unable to connect using the 3rd party equipment, we recommend to contact the manufacturer's support to prevent warranty void.

Let us know should you require further assistance.

Cheers!
